We would like to share with you a story of a student who has been taking a private soccer lesson and a personal trainng on a regular basis.

He is one of my long-time students taking my soccer lessons.
A mother who regularly receives personal training from me wanted her son to improve his athletic ability and to have soccer lessons, so we started.
He is not a member of a soccer team, and his main sport is swimming.
The initial goal was to improve his flat feet and athletic ability, so we started with private soccer lessons about once a month.
Because of his flat feet, his knees were not in g good position, so we first recommended insole training, and we repeatedly did core and sole training drills from a state where there was no strain on his knees.
Once his lower body strength and sense of balance in a standing position had improved to a certain extent, we started training his agility and coordination.
He is a very intelligent child, has good body control, and quickly got used to new movements.
A few months after starting training, the arch of his foot had become a little more pronounced, and he was able to make small foot movements without straining his knees.
Even when he was busy with school tests and events, he managed to make time once a week to meet with him. He was flexible and could meet outside on sunny days and at home on rainy days. I think this also contributed to his good results.
Unfortunately, he will be moving to the US, so we won’t be able to meet for a while, but I look forward to seeing him again in Japan.
