Recently, I conducted a private soccer lesson for a 14-year-old girl who came to Japan from Australia.
She is a player belonging to the Football SA Full Time State Squad and trains daily in a highly competitive environment. From the very first touch of the ball, her high technical level and deep understanding of the game were immediately evident, making the session extremely stimulating for me as a coach as well.
In this private lesson, I custmoized the training to match her level, focusing on ball-touch accuracy, speed of decision-making, and technical drills designed to simulate real match situations. With just small adjustments to fine details, the quality of her play improved significantly, which strongly reflected the high standard of her daily training. It was a session full of learning for me as a coach, and I was truly impressed.
She also genuinely enjoyed taking a private soccer lesson in Japan, and it was memorable to hear her say, “I want to train in Japan again.”
Moving forward, I will continue to work closely with each player who aims for the next level, providing high-quality private soccer lessons tailored to individual growth and development.
